Arts & Crafts Framed Silver on Bronze Motto Wall Plaque. Signed F. Christaller. Beautifully designed and exceptionally crafted silver on bronze repousse featuring a farming family above a motto that translates: "WE SOW IN HOPE AND REAP WITH THANKS". Framed in an ebonized chamfered frame. Measures approximately: Frame, 21" wide x 14 1/4" high...Image, 15 3/4" wide x 9 1/4" high.

Hopefully we can learn more about this talented artisans life and works and can determine whether he was working during the Arts & Crafts period and this was a gift years after it was made or if this work was performed circa 1940. After multiple online searches we are yet to learn more, but we have just begun.
